Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and labels are intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Special order or custom-cut fasteners
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Opened packages of washers or lock washers due to potential mixing

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Shipping address for returns

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the items securely and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the package
  • A copy of your original invoice or packing slip

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • For returns: We’ll process your refund
  • For exchanges: We’ll ship the replacement item

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. The refund amount will include:

Exchange Shipping

  • Free Shipping: EMS (15-25 business days for orders over $50)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
